What’s Weighing Heaviest on You Right Now?

Whether you're battling brain fog, burned out from caregiving, navigating hormonal changes, or managing a neurodiverse household—your challenges are real, and you don't have to carry them alone.

Explore a range of personalized support areas designed to meet you where you are. Each specialty below reflects the most common concerns I help women address—compassionately, holistically, and without judgment. Let’s find the path that feels right for you.

Aging is not simply about adding years to life—it’s about preserving energy, clarity, resilience, and purpose as you move through each stage of life.

Aging & Longevity Support focuses on lifestyle-based guidance that helps you care for your body, mind, and daily rhythms in a way that supports long-term well-being. This work emphasizes sustainable habits rather than quick fixes, meeting you where you are and honoring the season you are in.

Through personalized support, sessions may explore:
  • Daily routines that support energy, focus, and recovery
  • Nutrition and lifestyle patterns that influence inflammation, digestion, and vitality
  • Stress management and nervous system support
  • Sleep habits and restorative practices
  • Movement, pacing, and balance appropriate for your current stage of life
  • Faith, mindset, and purpose as key elements of healthy aging

This approach recognizes that aging well requires balance, consistency, self-awareness, and intentional care. Coaching provides a supportive space to reflect, adjust habits, and build rhythms that promote longevity without overwhelm.
Aging & Longevity Support is educational and collaborative in nature and is designed to complement—not replace—medical care, helping you stay engaged, present, and aligned as you move forward.

01. Aging & Longevity Support

You’ve been running on empty for so long, it feels like exhaustion is just part of who you are now. Maybe your mind won’t stop racing, or you crash the moment you slow down. You love your family, your work, your community—but you feel like you’re holding everything together  by  a thread.

This isn’t just stress. It’s burnout. And it’s a signal from your body and soul that something needs care. Through integrative health coaching, we help you create space to breathe again—supporting nervous system regulation, energy recovery, and sustainable changes that restore clarity and calm. You don’t have to live in survival mode. Healing is possible, and you are worthy of it.

02. Burnout & Overwhelm

03. Career Change

You’ve poured yourself into your work, your caregiving, and everyone else’s needs—but now something feels off. You might be questioning your path, longing for something more aligned, or simply feeling too depleted to keep going as you are.

Career transitions—whether by choice or necessity—can stir up fear, identity shifts, and uncertainty. Through coaching, I help you clarify what matters most, identify what’s no longer serving you, and build the inner strength to take grounded steps forward.
This is more than a job change. It’s a chance to redefine your life with purpose and peace.

04. Gut Health

Bloating, discomfort, irregular digestion, food sensitivities, brain fog, and fatigue — these symptoms can feel random or unrelated, but they often trace back to the gut. When your digestion is off, your mood, energy, and clarity often suffer too.

I specialize in helping you uncover the root causes of their gut issues, often overlooked by conventional providers. Using functional approaches like nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and nervous system support, we work together with your medical provider to restore balance from the inside out.

You don’t have to live in constant discomfort. When your gut begins to heal, so does your whole self.

05. Living with ADHD

ADHD is more than distraction—it’s the constant mental noise, forgotten tasks, emotional highs and lows, and the exhaustion that comes from trying to keep it all together. Whether you’ve been recently diagnosed, always suspected it, or are parenting a child with ADHD, it can feel overwhelming and isolating.

I offer coaching that helps you understand ADHD from a holistic lens—supporting both brain and body through nutrition, lifestyle changes that promote emotional regulation, and gentle structure. For parents, I also provide strategies that build connection and reduce stress in daily life.
ADHD doesn’t have to define your limits. With the right support, it can become a doorway to deeper insight, creativity, and confidence.

06. Navigating Hormonal Changes

Mood swings. Brain fog. Anxiety. Sleep disruptions. You may feel like a stranger in your own body—and wonder why no one told you this part of life could be so intense.
Perimenopause and menopause aren’t just hormonal shifts; they’re deep life transitions that can impact every part of your health and identity. I support women through this season with compassionate coaching that addresses physical symptoms, emotional stress, and lifestyle changes tailored to your unique needs.
You’re not broken—and you’re not alone. With the right support, this can be a time of renewed clarity, strength, and peace.

07. Parenting Children With Special Needs

Raising a child with ADHD, autism, trauma history, or other neurodiverse needs can be both beautiful and incredibly demanding. You carry so much—advocating for your child, managing therapies, navigating meltdowns, and constantly worrying if you're doing enough. And somewhere in all of it, you rarely have time for your own self-care, or soul care.

I understand this journey not just professionally, but personally. My coaching creates space for you to feel seen, supported, and empowered—with tools to help your child thrive, and support to help you heal and recharge.
You are a good mother and a good parent, otherwise you would not be looking for answers as you are right now. You deserve care, too.

08. Spirituality & Holistic Healing

Healing isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and spiritual as well. You may be longing for peace, purpose, or a sense of connection to something deeper. Or maybe your faith feels distant in the midst of stress and illness.

For people who desire it, I offer coaching that honors the whole person—blending science-backed strategies with spiritual insight, prayer, mindfulness, and soul care. Whether you identify as Christian or maybe simply spiritually open, this is a safe, respectful space to reconnect and realign.

You are more than your symptoms. Your healing journey can be sacred, grounded, and deeply personal.

Whether one (or several) of these areas resonate with you, know this: you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as we uncover what’s really going on—and begin the work of restoring balance, clarity, and peace. Take the first step by scheduling a free 15 minute session. We’ll explore what you're navigating and see if this work feels like the right fit for you.

8. How do I get started?

Yes—Myna offers support in making lifestyle changes to manage symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and more through holistic lifestyle tools. 7. Can you help with things like ADHD, anxiety, or burnout?

6. Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

Myna works primarily with overwhelmed parents, especially Mom’s caring for children with neurodiverse needs or navigating their own anxiety, fatigue, gut issues, or hormone shifts. If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and healing journey, coaching might be a great fit for you.

3. Who do you work with?

2. Is this therapy or counseling?

Integrative coaching blends science-backed wellness strategies with holistic tools like nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset work. Myna helps you uncover the root causes of stress, fatigue, or imbalance and supports you in making sustainable changes—body, mind, and spirit.
