Psychotherapy is a licensed profession regulated by the state of Colorado. Myna Carter not only has vast life experience as an educator, foster parent and an integrative health professional, she is a licensed professional counselor candidate (LPCC) trained to diagnose and treat mental illness. She currently works under supervision with a licensed supervisor in the state of Colorado.
 Whether you are passing through a life crisis, grief, or managing ADHD and Autism, you will receive gentle support not just to survive but thrive with proven tools and the mindset you need to succeed. 

It’s common knowledge that right exercise and diet keeps a body healthy. Psychotherapy is like a gym work out for your mind. Myna works from a biopsychosocial spiritual model for mental health. One domain of being affects another. Psychotherapy from time to time is essential for life balance in the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical domains of being.

Please note that health coaching is offered virtually to clients around the world and COACHING IS NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY; it is lifestyle support for a more balanced and healthier you. No formal psychological assesments, no diagnosis and no formal treatment plan is offered through coaching.
