The peace, connection, and fulfillment you’ve been seeking are closer than you think. Let’s take the first step together.
NOTICE: Coaching is NOT psychotherapy nor is it medical care or advice. It is lifestyle support and wise guidance for holistic wellness.
My coaching is designed for women and parents who are tired of surface-level answers and are ready to explore deeper healing. I work with you one-on-one to uncover the root causes of your symptoms—while honoring your values, your pace, and your story.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD in your family, managing burnout, or trying to reclaim your energy and clarity, you’ll receive thoughtful, individualized support every step of the way.
Together, we’ll focus on restoring balance and wholeness—so you can feel more like you again.
Coaching focuses on lifestyle habits, goal-setting, and practical support for daily routines and wellness in body, mind and soul. Coaching provides access to a network of trusted professionals (Functional Medicine Doctors, Acupuncturists, and Nutritional Response Therapists) and education regarding the details that entail true life balance and wellness—all customized depending upon your needs and goals. Coaching is offered virtually around the world because it is not currently regulated nor does it require a professional license.
Coaching is NOT psychotherapy. Where psychotherapy can be a deep dive into your psyche and an awareness of the root behind mental health challenges, an opportunity for someone to sit with you in your pain and walk alongside you in your life’s journey; integrative health coaching is a microscopic view of current lifestyle including exercise, sleep and dietary habits which paves the way for the collaborative creation of a roadmap to reach your wellness goals. You will receive an impetus to move forward with greater balance and sense of well-being.
Your plan will evolve as you do. We'll track your progress together, make thoughtful adjustments, and celebrate the small (and big) wins along the way.
Coaching sessions focused on your specific goals—whether it's lifestyle changes for optimal health, rebuilding energy, or simply finding peace in the chaos will be according to the timing that works best for you. Weekly sessions are optimal bringing you the best results, but bimonthly or monthly sessions are available if that is what you prefer.
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a secure portal link where you can access intake forms, upload lab results (if applicable), review coaching documents, and book your sessions—all in one place.
This gives us a chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit. You can share a bit about what you’re struggling with, and I’ll explain how I might support you.
How It Works – My Method
Not at this time. Carter Compassionate Care services are only available via telehealth. Clients need a Zoom compatible device with video and sound.
¡Sí! Solo necesitas pedir la cita en español cuando envíes la solicitud para tu primera plática de descubrimiento de 15 minutos, la cual es gratuita.
At this time all sessions are via Telehealth. The child would need to have the maturity and regulatory ability to manage Telehealth. Preference would be coaching for ages 14 and up only, but would be determined on a case by case basis.
Our current pricing is already competitively structured to offer great value. At this time, the only discounted rates available are for members of the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity. Any applicable discount will be discussed and applied at the time of booking.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to take any insurance. Ask about sliding scale fees for low-income clients. We keep costs low so each session may cost what most would pay for the insurance co-pay. If requested, you can receive a bill which you can send to your insurance company to be reimbursed for out of network services.
The first 15 minute session is free. The exploratory intake session looking for patterns and mapping your timeline is 90 minutes and costs $100. Each session after that costs $50. The frequency of sessions depends on your needs and preferences.
Click the “FREE SESSION” button to request a 15-minute discovery call or virtual meeting. After meeting Myna, if it is a good fit, you will be sent the intake forms and access to the calendar to book your first exploratory appointment to begin your healing journey.
Yes—Myna offers support in making lifestyle changes to manage symptoms related to ADHD, anxiety, burnout, and more through holistic lifestyle tools. While coaches do not offer clinical treatment and do not prescribe medicine, many clients find relief and improvement by addressing nutrition, nervous system regulation, and supportive routines.
Not at all. You don’t need a diagnosis to begin coaching. In fact, many clients come to Myna simply feeling “off,” burnt out, or disconnected from themselves. Coaching is a supportive, proactive space to reclaim balance and clarity. Health coaches do not diagnose any condition.
Each session is personalized. You'll explore what’s been holding you back, identify goals, and receive gentle guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset strategies. The focus is on forward movement and whole-person wellness, with compassion at the core.
Yes, Myna offers Christian or spiritually integrated coaching upon request. Whether or not you bring faith into the process is completely up to you—this is your space, guided by your needs and beliefs.
Myna works primarily with overwhelmed parents, especially Mom’s caring for children with neurodiverse needs or navigating their own anxiety, fatigue, gut issues, or hormone shifts. But she enjoys and has experience working with young adults, both men and women, as well as children and the elderly. If you’re ready to take ownership of your health and healing journey, coaching might be a great fit for you.
Coaching is different from therapy. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, health coaches provide education, lifestyle support, and collaboration for profound insights using timeline mapping and pattern detection to help you make meaningful changes that improve your overall well-being. Psychotherapy looks at deeper issues within a client’s psyche such as persistent patterns from childhood that influence current behavior. Coaching services and psychotherapy services are under different contracts. Therapists are regulated professionals by the state’s regulatory agency. Coaches at this time do not have licenses and are not regulated by the state. Also, therapy clients are protected under HIPPA, whereas coaching clients are not. Myna Carter provides psychotherapy for clients only in the state of Colorado where she holds a provisional license. Coaching services however, are available virtually in all 50 states and around the world.
Integrative coaching blends science-backed wellness strategies with holistic tools like nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset work. Myna helps you uncover the root causes of stress, fatigue, or imbalance and supports you in making sustainable changes—body, mind, and spirit.
You don’t have to keep searching for answers alone. If you're ready to feel better—in your body, your mind, and soul—I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s begin with a free, no-pressure session to explore how coaching can support your unique journey.
